Our store platform

This website is built and hosted on Lovable Cloud, and the shop’s own account, saved product, event and trade-in records are stored there. Shopify is our commerce system: product, inventory, customer account and order records are held by Shopify, and payment is taken on Shopify’s own checkout pages, so when you check out you are handing your payment and pickup details to Shopify rather than to this website. Information you submit through checkout or your Shopify customer account may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. In those circumstances Shopify is responsible for its own processing, including responding to requests to exercise your rights over that use. Email, community and this website (owner review pending)

This section describes the optional services this website itself uses. It is a draft prepared with the shop and has not yet been reviewed and approved for publication.

Website and account data. This site runs on Lovable Cloud. When you sign in to your shop account, we store a sign-in session and, if you save products or set email preferences, those choices. Event RSVPs and trade-in requests you send are stored with your account so staff can respond. We do not store your payment card details at any point.

Email marketing. If you ask for our newsletter or back-in-stock alerts, your address and the interests you choose are sent to our email provider, Klaviyo, so those messages can be delivered. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email or from your account page, and we never subscribe you as a side effect of buying or creating an account.

Discord. Connecting a Discord account, or signing in to the community area with Discord, is entirely optional. If you do, we store your Discord user id and display name so we can recognise you. We do not read your messages, and a Discord connection never gives access to your orders unless you separately sign in to your shop account.

Analytics. Website analytics only run on the live shop, only after you agree on the cookie notice, and never in a private preview of this site. Nothing is loaded or sent before you agree. They are configured not to receive your name, email address, phone number or order contents, and purchase measurement stays with Shopify’s own checkout rather than this website. If you later withdraw your agreement, we tell the analytics provider to stop and its own collection is switched off.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal on that browser and device: the cookie notice is not shown, analytics are not loaded, and we do not share your information for targeted advertising. Other than Global Privacy Control, we do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.

Third party websites and links

The Services may link to websites operated by third parties. If you follow those links, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites. Our inclusion of a link does not by itself imply endorsement.

Children's data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the details below to request that it be deleted. As of the date of this policy we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
